Divas by Design - 'Favourite Colour Combo'

Good morning... hope you are all well today.... it's the turn of Team A over at

and this week we want to see your...

'Favourite Colour Combo'

I have a lot of favourite colour combos but one of my all time favourites is Pink and Brown/Grey
so I've made a Vintage style card in these colours...

Image: Pion - 'From Grandma's Attic - Romance'
Papers: Glitz Design - 'Pretty in Pink'
Flower: Bo Bunny
Lace, Key, Dewdrops from The Ribbon Girl
Sentiment: Computer generated

we are sponsored this week by Iva Nova Chest
Iva Nova Chest is on-line shop with great choice of Charms (over 400 designs), Mulberry Paper Flowers, Ribbons, and other craft supplies....

I hope you can pop over to our main blog at Divas by Design and you can see the rest of the Team's gorgeous creations this week... lots of lovely colour combos.. :-)

Thanks for all your good wishes for my dad... he is still in hospital and things are still very up and down at the moment... I have got a slight chest infection .... I always seem to get this nowadays when I am tired or stressed... but I've got some antibiotics and am going to try and get some rest... it's all the worry that is so tiring... it just drains you...

I did enjoy making this card though! I felt like doing a bit of crafting last week to take my mind of things... and it was nice to work with my favourite colours! :-))
I will catch up with you all when I can...
Take Care
Love and hugs

Hi Sue, one of my favourite colour combos and an absolutely stunning card! Love the image and the paper.

Yes, get as much rest as you can as the stress really does take it out of you. After I dropped my mum off at the hospital yesterday I had the worst headache ever until I heard she was okay. Exhausted today!

WOW Sue this is so elegant and absolutely stunning! Gorgeous image and colours, I can see why they are your favourites. Sorry to hear your Dad is still not well and you are also run down, know exactly how you feel - you seem to be prone to infection more when you are stressed out and worried, but you need to rest and take care of yourself sweetie. Have a lovely day. Hugs, Claire xxx

Hello Hunnie, I'm so sorry I haven't been around much. Everyone's life is so full at the minute and crafting has taken a back seat for us all!
I love your card, the colours, the embellishment, the design - everything!
I really hope all is well with your Dads health now, it's good that you are with them and close to comfort our mum. I hate being 90 miles away from my Mum even more so at the minute as she is worrying about me far too much!!
I'll have a proper catch up in September, will have some time then I hope!!
Hugs Laurie xx

Did you hear Paul Hollywood had to pull out of Strictly? I like him
