MAWTT - Be A Sport!

Hello... I hope you are all doing ok today...  it's the turn of Team B once again at

our lovely Susan is hosting this week and she has given us a fab theme of...

'Be a Sport'

I've used a  pre-coloured LOTV Topper from the Vintage Boys Art Pad to make a Thank You card for a male relative who likes golfing! :-) I've teamed it up with some lovely Papermania papers that my daughter bought me for Christmas... she knew I needed some male papers and these are really gorgeous! It was quite a quick card to make but I like how it came out! :-)

Papers: Papermania - Heritage Press - Tailored Especially For You
Buttons: Papermania Capsule Collection
Sentiment: computer generated using DigiStamp Boutique Simple Tags - Stitch Edged

I hope you can pop over to our main site at MAWTT and see the rest of the Team's sporty creations this week!!

Thanks for all your lovely comments, I really do appreciate them!
Will catch up with you all soon!

Get Well !! with Flowers

Hello... I hope you are all doing ok today.... Here's a quick little Get Well Card.... it was very easy to put together as I've used a a pre-coloured image from LOTV -  Art Pad 3 - Wild Flowers... but I love how this card turned out.  Although I think it would be hard to go wrong with such a beautiful image and such pretty papers! I bought lots of the LOTV Taster packs... think they are a bargain!

Gems: (on butterfly) Anitas Gemstone Wheel 2mm

Oooh... I tried SO hard to resist buying some stitch edged squares/circles dies... I even bought a piercing tool and thought I'd prick holes around the edge for similar effect... well I set off around a square and got a quarter of the way and my hand was really hurting.... got halfway around and my hand was stuck like a claw!! ROFL... I thought how stupid am I ... go treat yourself to those stitched dies... so I did.... and I do love them... so now don't feel so bad for splurging!

Thanks for all your lovely comments... I really do appreciate you taking the time out to visit and comment! :-)
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
Love and Hugs

MAWTT - Inspired by Your Favourite Telly Programme!

Ooh I'm a bit red-faced today!!! Only just realised I forgot to post my DT Card!!! first time ever I think.... but here goes now....

it's Team B this week... a big welcome to Lena our newest teamie! :-) at

and our lovely boss Hazel is hosting this week and she has given us a wonderful fun theme of...

'Inspired by your Fave Telly Programme'

See if you can tell what my favourite programme is from my card?

My daughter bought me this fab Papermania Art Deco 'Roaring Twenties' Decoupage Set for Christmas... I absolutely love it... so I did some of the decoupage while I was unwell last month. The gorgeous paper and sentiment are in with the kit. So I've just added a Prima Flower and a Clear Gem from stash.

Love how this card came out.... and in case you haven't guessed?

Well my fave programme... is Downton Abbey of course.... I think that this is Lady Mary meeting up with Lady Rose for Afternoon Tea... and just maybe they are in the Rooftop Cafe at Selfridges? as Mr Selfridge is another of my favourite programmes too! ;-)

I hope you can pop over to our main site at MAWTT and see the rest of the Team's TV creations this week!!

Again... I'm very sorry I'm bit late with this post. I've had terrible asthma at night all this week... it makes me SO tired... and last night I slept well for the first time... but unfortunately I carried on sleeping all day too!!! Oops!! but I don't feel guilty as I haven't been well.

Looking forward to the weekend... I've got a couple of cards to finish off that I made for fun. Also I'm really enjoying Call the Midwife and Mr Selfridge... still got an episode to catch up with too!
Will catch up with you all soon!
Love and hugs

FF Birthday Bear!

Hello... I'm here with a quick card that I made last month for my friend's daughter. I used my Forever Friends Decoupage set complete with papers. I wasn't feeling too well at the time and so it was a nice easy card to make.... but think it came out quite sweet...

Image, Paper, Sentiment: Papermania FF Kraft Notes Die Cut & Paper Pack
Pinwheel: Papermania Capsule Collection - Oyster Blush
Ribbon: Papermania Capsule Collection - Wild Rose
Butterflies: Martha Stewart Punch
Pearls on Butterfly: Anita's Pearl Gemstone Wheel

I hope you are all having a good weekend. I've been trying to do a bit of sorting in my room.. I did manage to get rid of quite a few old crafting magazines.... but oh my! there are lots more to come!! Lol... I've subscribed to two this year as I need the inspiration. And I also keep buying one off magazines for the free gifts too... I can't resist!

Off to catch up with some TV now... hope my Broadband doesn't go off tonight... I was watching Death in Paradise on iPlayer the other night and my connection went off right near the end... right at the crucial point... SO annoying... I had to wait until next day before I could see who did the murder!! Lol

Thank you for all your lovely comments... I really do appreciate them! :-)
Take Care
