Fran-táge - In the Pink...

Hello... I hope you are all well... huge hugs to anyone who is unwell or not feeling good...
I thought I would show you my first adventure with Fran-táge... which I love... it's SO sparkly and pretty... this is done using a Pink Encrusted Jewel Kit. You get five tubes of different elements to sprinkle and then heat from underneath... and it's very satisfying watching the little bubbles of gold and adding the silver flakes... I felt like an Alchemist mixing my powders!! :-))

very difficult to photograph and capture the sparkle... so I've taken quite a few piccies with different lighting ... as you can see... I've gone for a Shabby Chic/Vintage look... and I've used lots of my new embellies....

you can just about see the organza ribbon above the sentiment in the above photo ... and I've done some swirly pearls.... some flowers and berries... dew drops... lace...

this captures the lovely silver mica flakes... top left...

I did a bit at a time so that it didn't get too messy... I had a huge newspaper sheet underneath so it wasn't too bad... just don't turn on your heat gun and wave it around LOL... make sure it is positioned underneath before you turn it on!!! I found the powders clumped a bit when I shook them onto the paper.. but if you use a soft dry brush and gently dab... it distributes it more evenly and I think it looks nicer...

Paper: Prima - 'Meadow Lark'
Fran-táge: 'Encrusted Jewel Kit - Pink'
Flowers, Pearls, Lace, Ribbon, Dew Drops - The Ribbon Girl
Wedding Bells: from stash
Sentiment: made on computer

Ooh I really enjoyed playing with the Encrusted Jewel Kit ... hope you like my card... I've made it into an Anniversary Card for my parents which will be in July... I'm trying to work ahead!!

I would like to enter the following Challenges:-

Fab'n Funky - 'Lots of Pink'
Totally Gorjuss - 'Anything Goes with Swirls'

it's a bit dull here today... but hopefully... the sun will come out tomorrow!! (sings)
I'm having quiche and chips now for late tea... then a chocolate muffin!!! not very healthy but it's a treat for the Bank Holiday.... then I'm going to watch some of my Land Girls box set... my mum bought it for me last year and I haven't seen any of them yet... so looking forward to starting it right from the beginning... :-))
Hope you all have a lovely Sunday evening!
Big hugs
