Snow Angel

Not a typical Christmas card I know... but I love how this came out... the lovely lady is from Crafts and Me and is called 'Snow Angel' by Jasmine Becket-Griffith. It was one of those stamps that I just had to have!! I've used the scrummy 'Rosarian' paper by Prima.... available from My Crafty Heart.... I think I'm going to have to get another of this pad... I love it so much!!

The gorgeous Prima flowers are also from MCH.... Miss Godivas 'Marshmallow'. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley... Christmas Grungy Messages... they are so scrummy!! Jingle bells and twine are from stash....

I had trouble photographing this... need to get my light box out now that the nights are drawing in... but hope you can see the glitter on the lovely Memory Box 'Frostyville' Border in the above photo.... it looks lovely and twinkly in real life!

I've coloured her with Promarkers and added Red Stickles to necklace and top of her dress... I've also used a Cuttlebug Snowflake Embossing Folder... as she is a Snow Angel ... I thought I would give her a Snowstorm!! The image is mounted on Nestie...

I'd like to enter my card into the following Challenges:-

Craft your Passion  - Challenge 128 - 'Bingo' ends 23rd September 2012
(Emboss, Pink, Flowers)

Thank you so much for your tips to fix my printer. I was going to try re-installing the software or driver but it just started working fine the next day ... I honestly think it just has moods!! LOL
I am having a relaxing weekend as my chest is really bad again... on my third lot of antibiotics this month... I really hope this clears it... getting so fed up with it now... ok... off to read some more of my book Winter of the World... it's fab!!
Hope you all have a lovely weekend... the weather has brightened up here - so hope it is for you too! Smile

I have to laugh Sue, the look on her face looks like she is really annoyed that it is snowing - with that hand on her hip! But she is a beautiful image - love the wings!
I especially like your color and embellishments choices - they make a beautiful card, really well done!!

Thanks for playing the "Bingo" Challenge with us - and I hope I see you again next week at Craft Your Passion!

No it may not be a normal type of Christmas card but it is still a stunner and sometimes it it great to deviate from the norm. This is top class and apart from the wings (as I don't do things with wings) it is brilliant.
As for your printer 'it's a male thing'

This is a gorgeous card Sue, what a stunning image and your colouring is beautiful. I wanted those LOTV sentiments but by the time I got there they had sold out so I'll have to wait for them to come back in stock - that'll teach me to be so slow!
I hope your chest gets better soon, have a relaxing weekend.
