Moving Along With The Times - 'Christmas Gifts'

It's Thursday again and so time for a new Challenge over at

Our hostess this week is the lovely Kim who has chosen the wonderful theme of ....

'Christmas Gifts'

A wonderful way to get ahead with your Christmas Gifts and also a fab opportunity to try out any new Christmas Stash that you've bought recently....

We are sponsored this week by the fabulous Digi My World

Annie very kindly gave us some very cute Christmas images and I chose this image  from a Set called 'Elf Life'

I've made a simple Gift Card Holder by layering up some red and green card... and added some Toppers, Ribbon and Sleigh Bells from Stash....

and on the inside....

and I've used a panel of glittery paper mounted on card to hold the Gift Card or Money. The paper is from a Magazine Kit and is really glittery in real life... the holly border is from kit also.... I made the Sentiment Label and added the little red spotted topper from My Mind's Eye 'Winter Wonderland' Buttons....

Hope you can pop on over to MAWTT for more details and to see my Teamies wonderful creations... lots of fab inspiration!! Closing date for the Challenge is 8pm BST on Wednesday 12th September 2012.

Thanks for all your lovely comments and good wishes!  I am kinda on the mend.... my chest infection is clearing up ... but now I have got complications with my stomach... so have been told to rest.... but I'm hoping to potter about this weekend and do a bit of Crafting... and also catch up on some Blogging! :-)
Hope you all have a lovely weekend!
Love and Hugs

Hi there Sue, sorry to hear you've been unwell, hurry and make a speedy recovery. Our daughter visited last week and left me some germs when she went home so I've got a sore throat now.

I love this cute little elf image, gift card holders are so much fun to make and yours is lovely.
Cheers, Elaine
