'Flower Power' Emma

I had a wee bit of spare time and so enjoyed having a play and making this card. I've had 'Flower Power' Emma for a while now and thought she would look really good with this gorgeous paper and funky fabric flowers that the lovely Ira gave me for my Birthday.  :-) Thank You hun!
Emma is from Pink Gem Designs. I was going to colour Emma but the pre-coloured image that you get with your digital stamp is coloured beautifully and it just seemed to match really well! :-) So I printed her out several times and layered up the flower and the boots. I've added stickles and it looks very pretty in real life honestly!!! but just couldn't get it to show up in photos....

And that's it really - quite a quick card. Sentiment was made on computer using a Sixties type font.

This is the photo inspiration from Fairy Fun Fridays. The colours inspired me but I can also imagine Emma having make up like this LOL.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:-
C.R.A.F.T. - Challenge 154 - 'Celebration' ends 16th May 2012
Crafty Catz - Challenge 132 - 'Happy Birthday' ends 17th May 2012
Fairy Fun Friday - Challenge 78 - 'Photo Inspiration' ends 17th May 2012
CES - Challenge 85 - 'Anything Goes' ends 18th May 2012
Sweet Stampin - 'Flower Power' ends 18th May 2012
joanna Sheen Challenge - 'Happy Birthday' ends 24th May 2012

I will be back on Thursday with my MAWTT DT Card and it is a very special day - my daughter's birthday! I can't believe she will be 27 !! it seems like only yesterday that she was a baby! and I might share a few photos of Christina as a very small baby (she was premature)!!! My spending ban will be over tomorrow! Yipee !!! I can't wait LOL.

Thanks for all your lovely comments! I will catch up with you all soon.
Love 'n Hugs

Fab card Sue, those papers go so well with your image and fab embellishments. It's so annoying when you can't get a photo to show your layers and stickles to their best - I have that problem all the time - but your card does look lovely.

POerfectlyt matched papers and funky flowers.
None of my babes were premature - and they all got bigger each birth - Jamie was 6lb 8oz Aaron was 7lb 10&3/4 oz and Jack was 9lb 1oz - all delivered naturally with no pain relief - not even gas and air - don't ask me how I did it lol!!!!
Happy Birthday to Christina for Thursday.

This is gorgeous Sue. Lovely colours and fantastic layout. This looks fabulous in the photo so I bet it looks even better IRL. A lot of my cards look lovely in IRL then hubby photographs them for me and I think Ugh!!! I mustn't complain because they would look worse if I took them. Hope your daughter has a great birthday tomorrow.
