MAWTT - Purple Haze

Good morning... it's Team B's turn this fortnight over at

our lovely Jan has chosen a fab theme this week of

Purple Haze

As I'm sure you've already guessed... we want your creations to embrace the colour purple.

I did some brainstorming of the theme, and came up with Jimi Hendrix, Flower Power and good old Rock n Roll !! Have you been watching the Back in Time For the Weekend Programmes? Mum and I have been enjoying them... brings back some wonderful memories... but it's scary how they seem like only yesterday!!!

Paper: Bearly Mine
Embellies from Stash

I digitally paper pieced the sweater with the design paper before printing out. Then coloured her face and hair with Chameleon Pens. I need more practice with these pens... found them hard at first, as is totally different technique with the blending barrel, but they are growing on me.

I hope you can pop over to our main site at MAWTT and see the rest of the Team's gorgeous Purple creations!!
You have until Wednesday 16th March 2016 at 6pm GMT to get your entries in.
Three entries per person are allowed and please no backlinking.

Seems ages since I've been able to craft and blog properly. Huge apologies for my lack of commenting... but my chest has been really bad for about a month and also my mum is not too well.  I'm hoping that things will improve. I've just bought some decoupage and digi card kits to make up as they are quick and easy to do when I'm not feeling good. But at least I get to do a bit of crafting and it helps me unwind :-))

I'm looking forward to some warmer weather and Spring proper! it's SO cold here today!
Take Care
Love and hugs
