Happy Birthday!

Hello.... hope you are all having a nice weekend!  I  thought I'd pop by with this card that I made a couple of months ago for Hazel's Birthday and somehow never got around to showing you....

I loved making this card...everything just seemed to fall into place...
I used a Saturated Canary image but decided to crop it as I wanted to fit quite a few dies onto the card.

Image: Saturated Canary - 'Canary Love'
Papers: Wild Rose Studio - 'Always and Forever'
Die: Memory Box - 'Large Parker Number Set'
Die: Memory Box - 'Precious Hearts'
Die: Memory Box - 'Party Lanterns'
Gems from Stash

I coloured the image with Copics and Promarkers... added some liquid pearls and tiny gems for her earrings...

I'm having a 'holiday at home' for few weeks, to see if I can recharge my batteries... still feeling very tired... but some days are better than others. Just bought some herbal teas..... Restoring Echinacea & Raspberry and Warming Camomile & Spiced Apple... mmmm... they not only taste delish but smell gorgeous!

Have you seen the new Downton Abbey Teaser Trailer for this Autumn? ...  it doesn't give much away... a leaf falling, some cutlery being strategically placed, a servants bell ringing…. and Carson saying that things are changing!! ah well, better than giving everything away I suppose!! can't wait for new series!

Thanks for all your lovely comments and a big welcome to my new followers!
I will catch up with you all in next few days.
Take Care
Love and hugs

The cropped image works so well with the rest of this layout, and I love your coloring - her hair looks fantastic! I've only cropped images a couple of times, it's a great way to give it a different look.

Gorgeous card, love the adorable image and the backing papers.
No I have not seen the trailer, but I don't really watch much TV but I did see somewhere that the Writer (forgotten his name) said that he would not rule out another death by the end of the series?
I'm off from the 16th to 30th so no internet so no comments from me I'm afraid. Hope you enjoy and feel better from your holiday.
Take care.

Sorry my love, I could have sworn I left a comment on this gorgeous card, but I can't see one, think I sometimes flick thru iPad screens too quick before things load, anyway this is super, great image and delightful colouring. Hope you're coping with the heat, Jx
