Divas by Design - Flower Power

Hello.... I hope you are all well today! it's Team A's turn over at

and we have a wonderful theme for you this week of....

'Flower Power'

so of course we want to see lots of flowers!!

The lovely sentiment image was a freebie with Making Cards magazine... I also took inspiration for the ribbon/flower from the magazine... by taking two or three lengths of same ribbon and tying a bow then arranging and trimming... place beneath flowers and I think it looks really pretty ... then I've just layered up with my papers... quite a different card style for me,  but I quite like it.

Sentiment Image: Freebie with magazine
Papers: Kaisercraft 'Lady Rose'
Flowers, Ribbons and Nailheads... from Stash

Apologies for the rubbish photos... I wanted to try and take some better ones but didn't get the time. It's been very dull here since last Friday... I want the sunshine back again... how cruel to give us a taste of Spring and then take it away again! Lol

We are sponsored this week by the wonderful Live and Love Crafts

I hope you can pop on over to our main blog at Divas by Design and see the rest of the team's beautiful flowery creations!!! :-))

Has anyone else had trouble with Mr Blogger this last week? I've kept getting pages failing to load when I'm posting and commenting... so it made blogging very slow.
It's been another busy week for us... but some good news! my daughter got her PhD finished and submitted yesterday.... such a relief...  I really hope she passes as she has worked so hard!!  Thanks for all your good wishes for her!
I'm feeling very tired at the moment, so think I will have a couple of days rest and relaxation... then looking forward to getting back into crafting again at the weekend!
Thank you for all your lovely comments! I really do appreciate them!! :-)
I will catch up with you soon.
Take Care
Love and hugs

This is so lovely Sue. Gorgeous layout and colours.

Mr Blogger has been awful this week. Some of my friends it would let me comment on at all. Everything has been at a snail pace, I have tried all this week to become a follower of two new challenges that have opened and I have entered into. It keeps coming up that it can't do my request at this time please try again later. The problem is that one of them states for you to become a winner you have to be a follower, WELL I AM TRYING!!!!

Glad your daughter to submitted all her work, fingers crossed for her.

Get plenty of rest sweetie.

Hugs
