I found this cute little dragon which I had coloured up last year...  so I cut him out and teamed him up with some lovely Authentique Papers that my daughter bought for me...

Tilda - A Card to Cheer

 Hello... I hope you've all had a lovely weekend... I  thought I'd share a card I made for a very good blogging friend of mine who has been in hospital... thankfully she is now well on the road to recovery... I hope this card cheered her up a little bit... I know she loves Tilda and so thought I would colour up this cutie... sorry about the rubbish photo... I was in a rush to photograph it as my mum was going to the postbox!!

I can't believe the weekend is nearly over... I had a nice relaxing couple of days though... yesterday Mum and I went for a lovely pub lunch with my daughter and her boyfriend. There were lots of cute dogs in the pub! I think everybody had popped in for lunch after their walkies!! and all the dogs looked very happy... I did notice a lot of food tidbits making their way under the tables, so I guess that is why they were so waggy!
Today I've been catching up with some TV programmes and also fitted in a bit of crafting! 

Oh, I almost forgot... with regards to my last post... I was really surprised at how many of you said you liked Chocolate covered Brazil Nuts... I love them!... but know they are quite fattening, so only have them at Christmas or Birthdays. I do try to restrict my naughty foods... but at the moment I'm craving some Marshmallows!! will I resist? well maybe... at least until after I've had my cholesterol checked tomorrow! Lol

Divas by Design - Anything Goes!

Hello... I can't believe another week has passed by already and it's time for another challenge! it's the turn of Team A over at

I've made a Valentine's Gift Box....

I decided to go out of my comfort zone this week and try something new for me ... so I took a Brazil Nut Box leftover from Christmas...

I carefully unfolded all the seams....

then covered with some pretty heart paper....

then just needed to bling it up....

I've used a Martha Stewart Punch for heart edging all around the box... and used my new Spellbinders Heart Die to make a decoration for the top.

MAWTT - Card for a Female

I'm looking forward to seeing lots of pretty girly cards! :-)

I found this very sweet LOTV image that I had coloured SO long ago, but it went perfectly with some freebie paper that I had. I thought it would be nice to keep this card very simple and so I've just added a double bow and some pretty pink nailheads. I've left off a sentiment but printed 'Just For You' inside, so it could be used for quite a few different occasions.

I have to apologise for being a bad blogger again... Thank you for all your good wishes for my mum... she has got trouble with a disc in her neck and referred pain down her arm. It's been very painful, but fingers crossed it is getting a little bit better now as long as she is careful and doesn't do too much. I have got a bad dose of bronchitis and not feeling great but the doctor has given me some antibiotics and steroids so hopefully it will start to clear up in a few days.
So I'm resting at the moment.... have been getting back into my colouring again and enjoying it for the first time in months... Oh and I've been ordering lots of crafting stuff online... think I might have a slight shopping addiction!! Lol
Not long until the weekend... and can't wait to see Call the Midwife and Mr Selfridge again!! ;-))

I've taken the last photo with a flash, so hopefully you can see the crystals in the lace a bit better! it's quite a sparkly card in real life, but hard to capture in photographs!

I almost forgot to schedule this post again last night... my mum isn't too well at the moment and so I'm trying to look after her and keep her warm and snug... don't think this weather helps... it's so cold and wet!!! 
Is there anything good on TV at weekend? not had time to look at the TV Guide yet.... I'm glad Neighbours is back on again now... I can get back into my routine !! Lol
