Morning everyone! Hope you are all well this Thursday - if not then I really hope things improve for you very soon. I hope you can join us for a brand new Challenge over at .....

Moving Along With the Times

This week the lovely Judith is our host and has chosen the fab theme of.....

'Keep it Real'

So we want to see your creations with anything ..... well... real. So NO fantasy figures, NO fairies etc. It has to be a 'real life' living thing - such as human, animal, tree, plants!

DIGITAL STAMP: Darcy's Diaries 'The Reader'
PAPERS: My Mind's Eye - 'Howdy Doody'
DIE: Memory Box - 'Delicate Vine'
FLOWERS: Wild Orchid Crafts
LACE: Wild Orchid Crafts
SENTIMENT TAG: Made on computer
BERRIES: From Stash

We are sponsored this week by the fabulous Wild Orchid Crafts!!!!

and they are giving a very generous prize of £15 Voucher to spend in their amazing store!!!  How cool is that!!!

Hope you can hop on over to MAWTT  and see my Teamies wonderful creations and don't forget to check if you were a winner last week.

As today is my daughter's Birthday .... I would just like to say...

Happy Birthday babes!!

I really love this image and it reminds me so much of my daughter, so .... thought it was perfect to use on a birthday card for her. She is not keen on many of the images that I use on my cards. She likes images that are 'real' so this challenge is very appropriate. As she wants money as her main Birthday present, this is a Gift Card, so have put a pocket inside for money.

Colouring: Promarkers and Flexmarkers
Skin: Putty and Sunkissed Pink
Greens: Soft Green, Pastel Green
Reds: Burgundy and Crimson
Hair: Vanilla and Tan
Browns: Tan and Cinnamon
Window Panes: Metallic Silver Pen

Paper is 'Ever After' by Gennifer Bursett from Design House Digital.

I can't believe that it is 27 years ago today that my 'baby' was born!!! LOL - it seems like only yesterday....

I thought you might like to see some photos of her. She was premature as I had pre-eclampsia and had to have an emergency Caesarian. Luckily she was quite a good weight 4lb 4oz and was only in the unit for about five weeks - I don't know how mums' cope when they have 'Bag of Sugar' babies weighing only 2lb's!!!

You can see how tiny her little toes were! as for me? well I was on a lot of medication!! LOL

We had to dress her in doll's clothes

Aww... bless... I love this photo - it looks like she is praying...

Hope you liked my photos and a little journey down memory lane .... we have no babies in our family at the moment so it is nice to get the photos out every once in a while.... :-)

I was a very lucky bunny and won the Candy Draw over at Bev's earlier this week and the prize was some gorgeous Label Stamps and Gems. So I would like to say a Big Thank You to Bev!!

My daughter has to go into work today as her draft thesis is due in - can you believe on her birthday!!! she will be back this afternoon though so I can give her pressies. Then later she will be going out with her boyfriend. I'm hoping for a girlie night in with her next week. One pressie I am giving her is a film that was on her wish list - but I really want to see it again too... so thought we could watch it together... Winking smile nudge, nudge, hint, hint.... LOL

Our boiler isn't working at the moment and so no heat and no hot water. We are having to wash up by boiling kettles. We're hoping to get someone to look at it asap but I just hope they can fix it. A new boiler would be really expensive. Hey ho - these things are sent to try us. I won't be going too mad with the shopping sprees then!!! LOL

I would like to enter my card into the following Challenges:-
I Love Promarkers - Challenge 117 - 'Anything Goes' ends 23rd May 2012
Wild Orchid Crafts  - Challenge 50 - 'Anything Goes' ends 27th May 2012
ABC Challenge - 'P is for Pockets' ends 29th May 2012

I've been a bad blogger yesterday - not sure where the time went. I will hopefully catch up with you all later today. Thank You for all your lovely comments and a warm welcome to my New Followers!

Love n Hugs
